Access to the application, to a demonstration or to a private instance grants no right to copy, adapt, redistribute or make the software available to third parties. Data entered by subscribing estates remains their property.

The plot map uses IGN’s orthophotography and the DGFiP’s cadastral plan, published under the Licence Ouverte 2.0 (Etalab).
